Luckily, Gaining weight isn’t hard to grasp. Like losing weight involves both healthy diet and workout, Similarly Gaining weight also involves workout and healthy diet. But Let me make one thing clear, people think eating burger, Pizza will help them to gain weight but they are wrong, Fast food not only help to gain weight but also it can destroy your health and can make you obesse at same time. Here is the simple exercise and diet routine to help both men and women to gain weight easily and fast at home. 

Daily Routine Exercises To Gain Weight

1.     Push-Ups - It targets your pectoral muscles, Shoulders and Delts

     How To Do-

  • Starting with a plank position with your hands placed on ground right beneath your shoulder.
  • Now lower down your body until your chest is just 1 or 2 inches above the floor.
  • Now push yourself back to the starting position.
  • Perform the exercise for 2-3 sets of 10 reps each. 

2. Tricep Dips - It mainly targets your tricep muscles and shoulders.

      How To Do-

  • To perform Dips you need 2 bench or study chair.
  • Place both bench/ chair parallel to each other with 3-4 feet distance.
  • Place the bench/chair behind your back and grip the edge of chair with hands placed shoulder width apart and fully extended.
  • Now place your legs straight on other bench.
  • Now lower down your body by bending your arms until your shoulders are parallel to your elbows
  • Lift up back to the starting position using your arms.
  • Perform the exercises for 3 sets of 10 reps each.

3. Squats- It targets the Hamstring, Quads and Hips Flexors.

      How To Do-

  • Stand with your feet  hips width apart.
  • Carry weight in your hands and place in front of your chest.
  • Lower down in sitting position with bending your knees and keep your upper body straight.
  • Straighten your legs and back to the position

4. Pull-Ups - Pull-Ups target your lats and arms muscles

     How To Do-

  • Stand under the Pull Up bar and grip it with your palms facing outwards.
  • Now lift up yourself until your chin is over the bar.
  • Slowly lower down yourself to the starting position.
  • Perform the exercise for 3 sets of 10 reps each.

  • Eggs
  • Chicken
  • Meat
  • Fish
  • ShellFish
  • Fat Milk
  • Butter
  • Yogurt
  • Cheese

Diet For Veg People

  • Oatmeal

  • Avocado
  • Fat Milk
  • Butter
  • Yogurt
  • Cheese
