Upper Half Crunches 



How To Do

Lie Down on your back on floor and feet flat on the floor.
- Now place your hand behind your head and ensure thumbs are behind your ears.
- Now pull your upper body half so that your head, neck and shoulder blades lift off the floor. Lift your body half of the full crunches.



Decline Crunches/ Decline Sit-Ups

How To Do

Lie down on your back on decline setup bench.
- Place your hand behind the head and ensure thumbs are behind your ears.
- Now gently lift your upper body from the bench until upper body is completely vertical.
- Then lower down slowly and repeat the same.



Ball Crunches


How To Do

Lie down on your back on ball with your knees bent and feet flat on floor.
- Place your hands behind the head.
- Now lift the head, neck and shoulder blades inwards towards upper abdominals.
- Now lower down your body gently and repeat the same.



Toe Crunches




How To Do

Lie down on your back on floor with knees bent and feet flat on floor.
- Place your arms by your sides.
- Now slightly lift the head, neck and shoulder blades and touch your right toe with right hand and then touch your left toe with left hand. 
- Touch the toes alternatively for as maximum times as you can before returning to the starting position.



Abs Wheel Roll

How To Do

- Stand up on your knees and place a soft mat under your knees.
- Now, With your abs contract, slowly roll the wheel forward.
- Hold the body for a moment and slowly return to the starting position.
